Recent reports have revealed that just very few days before explosion; the Cybertruck bomber Mathew Livelsberger was extremely heartbroken as his wife broke up with him.

Matthew Livelsberger shot himself in the head before the Tesla Cybertruck exploded in Las Vegas.
Matthew Livelsberger who is a 37 year old Army soldier is said to be detonated a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel located in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day while resulting in his death and minor injuries to seven bystanders, reported New York Post.

According to New York Post, Matthew Livelsberger had recently separated from his wife following an argument over alleged infidelity and rented the Cybertruck pretty shortly after leaving Colorado Springs. Adding onto that, law enforcement sources also revealed that he shot himself in the head before the explosion which was fueled by explosives and fuel canisters stored in the vehicle.

Initially, several investigators actually considered the possibility of a politically motivated attack due to the location and choice of vehicle, given US President- elect Donald Trump's connection to the hotel and Tesla CEO Elon Musk's association with Tesla. However, as details eventually emerged, investigating authorities began to view the actions of Matthew Livelsberger as potentially driven by severe personal issues rather than political motives, asserted New York Post.

Matthew Livelsberger was actually a decorated member of the Army's Special Forces with multiple deployments which included to Afghanistan even, noted New York Post. His family actually described him as patriotic and supportive of US President- elect Donald Trump.

The latest incident has raised severe concerns about mental health and the motivations behind such violent acts specifically among the military personnel. The FBI is investigating about further connections between this incident and other attacks which included a deadly truck incident in New Orleans on the same day.
