Reality TV star Julie Chrisley has been again resentenced to prison for a good amount of time. Julie Chrisley is convicted in severe charges of tax evasion and fraudulent bank cases.

According to Associated Press, a three judge panel of 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals found some legal errors in Julie Chrisley’s sentence and sent her case to a lower court for resentencing. Following which, Julie Chrisley has been resentenced to a facility in Lexington which is in Kentucky until the year of 2032.

Alex Little, the attorney appointed by Julie Chrisley asked the Judge a lot to reduce Julie Chrisley’s sentence as she has two young kids at her place and they are having problems in their daily life but Federal prosecutor urged the judge for the seven year sentence again and the Judge sentenced Julie Chrisley to a seven year long sentence again on the basis of committing fraud for a long period of time.
Associated Press reported that Julie Chrisley’s behavior has been reportedly genuinely good in prison and that has created a good impression in front of the authorities while she has received numerous certificates. Julie Chrisley along with her husband Todd Chrisley was primarily ordered to pay around $17.8 million in restitution when they were convicted but that has come down to $4.7 million in recent times.
