Jovit Baldivino passes away at age of 29. Know more about cause of death

The tragic death of singer Jovit Baldivino at the age of 29 surprised the entertainment industry, including his fans. Jovit’s family has confirmed in a statement through Jerry Telan, the former handler of Jovit in Star Magic, that the singer was comatose for five days after a blood clot was found in his brain through a CT scan which suggested an aneurysm.


The fiancé of Jovit, as well as his parents Hilario and Cristera, added that the singer was advised not to sing as he was taking hypertension medicines for a week. The family’s statement read that Jovit gave in to the "clamor of the crowd". He sang three signature songs at an event in Batangas City, but he was gasping for breath by the time of the third song. The “Pilipinas Got Talent” winner died of stroke complications in the hospital.
