The Jonas Brothers have officially launched a new era with the release of their seventh studio album, Greetings From Your Hometown, out August 8, 2025, on Republic Records. This energetic 14-track album not only celebrates the band’s twentieth anniversary, but also marks a heartfelt tribute to their New Jersey roots, blending chart-ready hooks with genuine storytelling and a star-studded lineup of collaborators.

The album features previously released singles “Love Me to Heaven,” “No Time to Talk,” “I Can’t Lose,” and an electrifying team-up with Marshmello in “Slow Motion.” The record also includes guest spots from Dean Lewis and alt-rockers Switchfoot, alongside a who’s-who of pop producers such as Ryan Tedder, Marshmello, Julian Bunetta, and Digital Farm Animals.

Each track showcases the trio’s signature blend of melodic pop, close vocal harmony, and modern production polish.

A love letter to home and their fans

Nick Jonas describes the project as “a love letter to our roots musically and to our home state of New Jersey,” with clear influences from local icons like Bruce Springsteen and a heavy emphasis on storytelling.

The band went back to New Jersey to shoot the album cover and, according to their Instagram announcement, poured their childhood memories and formative musical influences into every note. “There’s something about home that lets you know who you are. This is filled with pieces of our lifelong history and the sounds we grew up on,” the brothers shared.

“Greetings From Your Hometown” arrives two years after their 2023 release, “The Album,” which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200. Since reuniting in 2019 after nearly a decade focused on solo careers, the Jonas Brothers have seen chart-topping success—most notably with “Sucker,” their first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

Jonas20 tour

In anticipation of the new record, the Jonas Brothers held JONASCON, a fan convention celebrating twenty years as a band, where they announced the project alongside a 52-concert, Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour in North America, and even teased upcoming specials like a Disney+ holiday film.

The tour kicks off at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on August 10th, 2025 and features the All-American Rejects, Boys Like Girls, and Marshmello on select dates.

Songs and sound

Key album highlights include:

  • “No Time to Talk” — An upbeat, disco-pop song that nods to the Bee Gees’ “Stayin’ Alive” through clever interpolation.
  • “Loved You Better” (with Dean Lewis) — A heartfelt pop duet blending signature Jonas hooks with emotive storytelling.
  • “Greetings From Your Hometown” (with Switchfoot) — Fuses anthemic energy with nostalgic lyrics, channeling New Jersey pride.
  • “I Can’t Lose” and “Slow Motion” — The latter debuted on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and hit No. 4 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart shortly after release.
While official first-week numbers are still rolling in, anticipation is high following the Jonas Brothers’ successful singles rollout, high-profile TV performances, and direct fan engagement. The album is now available on all major streaming platforms and as limited-edition physical releases, including US state-themed signed CDs.
