Jimmy Fallon fails to sip his beer and eat his hot dog at rowdy Rangers game

During the Rangers vs Tampa Bay Lightning game 5 of the finals of the Eastern Conference on Thursday night, Jimmy Fallon stole all the limelight. The host of the talk show “The Tonight Show” was seen dunking his hot dog in his drink and frantically scoffing it down in a viral clip in front of a wild crowd at Madison Square Garden.

Then, he brutishly shoved the bun in his face trying to wash it down with his cold beer. As the fans cheered on, the beer missed his mouth and spilt all over him, ruining his shirt entirely. After his spectacular fail, a fan rubbed Fallon’s head excitedly.

Jimmy Fallon was later seen in the stands wearing a Rangers jersey. Fans laughed their heart out on Twitter and shared their thoughts on this fun night out of the talk show host and the comedian.


One of the amused fans commented that the man just dumped 40 bucks on the ground, and that’s how you know someone is wealthy. Another said that it’s a wild behaviour to dip a glizzy in your beer and then stuff it into your mouth.

Apart from Fallon, rangers fans had a bad day, and the team lost 3-1 to Lightning in the intense battle for a spot in the Stanley Cup finals. Bolts captain Steven Stamkos and Rangers forward Alexis Lafreniere indulged in a fight shortly after the game, throwing fists at one another before dropping the gloves. The night could not have become any more dramatic with comedy and action all packed into one.
