Lighting Up the Hanukkah Menorah
On December 19, 2022, the Hanukkah menorah was lit in New City, New York at the County Office Building of Allison-Parris Rockland. In yet another event, the ultra-orthodox Jews lit up candles on the second night of the Jewish festival Hanukkah in Jerusalem. In San Clemente, Calif, the Chabad of San Clemente was all set to light the menorah after the sun sets. This will take place during the event called Chanukah on the Pier which will take place at the San Clemente pier end.

Guests arrived at the Philip Hulitar Sculpture Garden for Hanukkah celebrations during an event called Preschool Storytime, specially marked for celebrating the Jewish festival. The event took place on December 15, 2022.



Believers in the Jewish religion also attended a ceremony to celebrate Hanukkah, the Jewish holiday, at the Kharkiv Choral Synagogue in eastern Ukraine. This happened amidst Russia taking over Ukraine this 2022.
