Jesse Rutherford and Billie Eilish are no longer together. The couple, which was first romantically linked in October 2022, has split.

After dating for around seven months, The “Happier Than Ever” singer and The Neighbourhood frontman have called it quits.

“We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends,” an Eilish’s representative told Page Six. “All cheating rumors are false. Both are currently single,” said a representative for Rutherford also confirmed to Billboard.


The news of Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford’s break up has spread like wildfire. In October 2022, the couple was first romantically linked after TMZ posted photos of the duo eating food together at a vegan restaurant Crossroads Kitchen in West Hollywood.

The relationship of Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford was made official on Instagram by Eilish a few weeks later when she shared their controversial Halloween costume on social media.

The seven-time Grammy winner could be seen dressed like a baby in the picture. Rutherford had also transformed himself into an elderly man. It seems to have made a reference to their 11-year age gap as Eilish is 21 years old while Rutherford is 31 years old.

At LACMA Art + Film Gala 2022, the couple also made their red carpet debut in early November. They stepped out together by wearing coordinating pajamas from Gucci.

In her annual Vanity Fair video interview, Eilish opened up about her relationship with Rutherford in November. She said, “It’s really cool, and I’m really excited and I’m really happy about it.”

“I managed to get my life to a point where I not only was known by a person that I thought was the hottest f–king f–ker alive, but pulled his ass! Are you kidding me? Can we just [get a] round of applause for me … thank you, Jesse Rutherford, everyone! I pulled his a–. All me. I did that s–t,” said Eilish.
