Jerry Jones, owner of Dallas Cowboys, pays large sum to woman who filed paternity lawsuit against him

The Dallas Cowboys Owner, Jerry Jones, has paid almost $3 million to the girl who has claimed to be his biological daughter. Lawyer Don Jack has told reporters that the company has always given aid to the 25-year-old Alexandra Davis. They signed an agreement in 1995 to pay $375,000 and also provide monthly child support, which amounts to around $2 million.

When Jerry Jones was asked if Alex Davis was his daughter, he refused to comment on it and continued to call it "child support" as they are the words of their agreement. When asked why he had to follow the paternity law and pay the mother-daughter any amount if he wasn't the father, neither Jones nor his spokesperson commented anything.

However, Davis' lawyer proclaims that the girl has asked to revoke the agreement signed by her mother when she was a year old. She only wanted her father's surname to be added to her birth certificate. They were never after the money.


But lawyer Jack denies this and says that when a private meeting was set up, Alex Davis wrote a letter saying that she was dissatisfied with the amount she was paid and wanted more. If Jones provided her with the money, she would leave and never speak about their relationship. But when it was asked to prove that the meeting ever happened or if the copy of the letter is with him, they could not remember a single detail.

Davis' lawyer retorts back, saying that the amount paid to the girl is enough for the lack of a father in her life. He continues to say that the sum paid to her was hush money.
