The property was listed for $21 million, and it has been confirmed that the actress received a "great deal," as quoted in a report by Blast.

Why is the Beverly Hills mansion still not sold?
The former couple has yet to find a buyer for the Beverly Hills property, so even after their settlement, their marital mansion still keeps them connected. The ex-couple was already attempting to sell their enormous Beverly Hills marital home before filing for divorce in August of last year.
Despite spending time looking for a home at the time, sources have disclosed that Lopez did not come up with the idea to purchase the house in the first place.
According to renowned real estate broker Jason Oppenheim, it typically takes at least six months for a buyer to find such large properties.
The mansion's sale costs, prospective buyers' expectations of a price reduction, and the estimated $283,666 monthly cost of taxes, security, and homeowners association dues are some of the factors delaying the sale, as per a report by Blast.
