Even before the first reviews came in, Lawrence expected that “everyone” would be offended by the movie in some way. In an interview with Sky News, she said that it was time for a “good old-fashioned” laugh before Admitting that “it’s hard to make a comedy” without offending anyone. Declaring that the film is offensive, Lawrence said, “You’re welcome”.
