The Seattle Seahawks cruised to their third straight victory with a dominant 38-14 win over the Washington Commanders on Sunday night. Sam Darnold delivered a near-flawless performance as he threw for 330 yards and four touchdowns, tying a franchise record by completing his first 17 passes before finishing 21 of 24 with one interception.

Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels, returning from a hamstring injury, exited in the fourth quarter with what appeared to be a broken left arm after being sacked by Drake Thomas. Daniels, who was hurt with 7 minutes, 39 seconds remaining, went 16 of 22 for 153 yards, a touchdown run, and one interception.

Several teammates knelt as medical personnel attended to Daniels on the field. Although a cart was brought out, he chose to walk to the locker room, his left, non-throwing arm secured in a black cast. It marked Daniels’ third injury of the season - and seemingly the most serious - after previously missing two games with a sprained knee and another with a hamstring issue.

Seattle dominated from the start, outgaining Washington 418-290 and leading 31-7 at halftime. Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught eight passes for 129 yards, while Tory Horton added two touchdowns.

The Seahawks (6-2) remained unbeaten on the road at 4-0, while the struggling Commanders (3-6) dropped their fourth straight. Darnold completed 16 of 16 passes in the first half for 282 yards and four touchdowns, giving Seattle a commanding lead it never relinquished.
