Actor Jane Fonda has recently revealed that her cancer is in remission. The Academy Award winner was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of the year.

Earlier this year, the superstar announced that she had been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Fonda titled her blog post ‘Best Birthday Present Ever’ before her 85th birthday on December 14, while sharing the news with the world.
She wrote that she is feeling blessed and fortunate with how things have changed for her since the diagnosis. She showed gratitude for all the love and prayers she has received since the announcement of the disease.
Sharing the excerpt from her blog post on her Instagram, Fonda wrote that she is glad she will not need any more chemo sessions. While the first three chemotherapy treatments were easy for her, the fourth was not. It took her two weeks to get done with it.
However, the effects wore off by the time she had to participate in the climate rally in Washington. Apart from joining the climate rally, she also spoke twice at the Democracy Alliance. She is trying to stop Senator Joe Manchin’s deal, which according to climate activists is a ‘dirty deal’.
