Jake Paul will reportedly make Mixed martial arts (MMA) debut but date is yet to be fixed. Now, Professional Fighters League (PFL) chief Donn Davis has revealed that there might be a delay, as per a report in dexerto.

Amidst considerable anticipation and speculation, Jake Paul's announcement of signing with the PFL sparked widespread interest among fans and fellow fighters alike. Many were eager to witness his transition into the realm of MMA. However, more than a year has passed since the declaration of his "multi-year" deal with PFL, and Paul's focus has remained predominantly on boxing rather than venturing into mixed martial arts as initially anticipated.

PFL chief Donn Davis acknowledged that Jake Paul's progression in MMA has not unfolded as swiftly as anticipated. The development comes at a time as Paul is scheduled to fight legendary boxer Mike Tyson in July this year.

The bout between one of the most feared fighters in history and YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul will be held at the 80,000-seat AT&T Stadium in Arlington and streamed live on Netflix.
