Ivanka Trump's $24 million 'billionaire bunker' mansion; here's all about one of Miami's most notable modern mansions

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have completed a two-year renovation of their $24 million Indian Creek Island mansion in Miami.

Inside Ivanka's $5 million mortgaged $24 million ‘Billionaire Bunkermansion. As Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner finish their $24 million Indian Creek Island property, a two-year renovation has turned a neoclassical estate into one of Miami's most recognisable modern mansions, as quoted in a report by Benzinga.

The couple obtained a $15 million mortgage for the six-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom compound they bought from billionaire Alex Meruelo in April 2021, according to real estate records examined by Realtor.

After a thorough renovation, the property was reduced to its most basic form and transformed into a modern entertainment area.

The Realtor report claims that the restored mansion still has a number of its original architectural elements, such as open living spaces, a distinctive double staircase, and 26-foot-high ceilings.

The renovations paid special attention to outdoor amenities. The pool cabana now has contemporary wellness amenities like a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool, and the property's swimming pool was entirely renovated. Biscayne Bay can be accessed directly from a private boat dock.

The property gains value from the location alone. The property's location adds value, as Indian Creek Island, nicknamed ‘Billionaire Bunker,’ hosts only 34 homes and maintains its police force. Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady and tech tycoon Jeff Bezos are notable neighbours.

The couple previously lived in Arte Surfside, a $17 million waterfront apartment. The exterior renovation replaced traditional wooden accents with contemporary black trim, while interior spaces showcased an industrial aesthetic.

The property's entertainment spaces have hosted several gatherings, including wellness events and family celebrations, establishing it as an addition to Miami's high-end residential landscape.
