The house is a six-story, 8,725-square-foot mansion located on East 64th Street, New York City. It has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The home includes a media room and a sauna. The townhouse also has a gated elevator and a curved central staircase connecting the floors, as per the report by Irish Star.

The interiors are very fancy — including a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper, and a gold-embossed fireplace. Ivana had bought the property in 1992 for $2.5 million after her divorce from Donald Trump. She lived in that townhouse for around 30 years until her death in 2022, according to the report by Wall Street Journal.

Since the property is worth much less now, the three Trump children will get far less money than they first expected from selling it. A funeral mass was held for Ivana in New York City after her passing, with all Trump family members attending.
