Israel passes law that protects Prime Minister. Details here
Israel parliament has passed a law that protects Prime Minister from being removed from the post.

The 120-seat Israel parliament Knesset passed the law by 61-47 vote. The bill was debated all-night long before it was passed as the new Incapacitation Law. One of the key takeaways of the new law is that it even prevents the country's Supreme Court from considering "a request to declare the incapacity of the Prime Minister."
Thousands of protestors gathered in Tel Aviv. A rally was planned in Tel Aviv suburb of Bnei Brak.
Last month Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara claimed that Netanyahu would not be able to involve in the judicial overhaul as there were court cases against the PM. However, the new law will prevent Baharav-Miara from announcing Netanyahu unfit to hold the office, according to reports.
