The U.S. Postal Service, which was closed for Thanksgiving, has resumed all regular operations. As USPS confirmed, "Regular mail delivery and retail services will resume on Friday, Nov. 28," meaning standard mail, packages and post office services are available. FedEx is operating most services on Black Friday, with the exception of FedEx Freight.
