Elon Musk has dropped in a very sensational indication claiming that millions of centenarians listed in a Social Security database have certain issues surrounding their death field.

Elon Musk has hinted in a recent post on X that there are some critical issues with a Social Security database, where millions of centenarians have their death field set to 'FALSE'. He even humorously claimed that there 'are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security,' in his post on X.

Elon Musk claims gross irregularities in Social Security payment files

Elon Musk's post comes with a data chart where centenarians between ages of 100 and 159 are about a whopping 20 million, with those in the 150-159 age bracket comprising an eye-popping 1.3 million people. There are nearly 3.5 million in the 140-149 range as well, says the Fox News report citing Elon Musk's post.

Elon Musk was handed over the responsibility of keeping government spending during the Trump administration in check, and bringing in more efficiency regarding payment systems within the federal government. Soon after, Musk's posts around this alleged inconsistency in Social Security data came in.


According to Musk, there are a lot of inconsistencies in the manner in which data flows Social Security and Treasury, especially in the case of payment files. Moreover, Musk claims that no one actually knows how the data flow actually works in this regard. In yet another post the DOGE head said that this could possibly be one of the biggest frauds in history.
