The New York Post reports that Swift and her boyfriend, Kelce, are planning to make her opulent Rhode Island estate into a future family home. Swift is spending $1.7 million on major renovations to the $17 million Watch Hill property, as first reported by the Providence Journal. The zoning records and building permits have verified the move, as quoted in a report by Blast.

Within the expansive 11,000-square-foot seaside property, the renovation plans call for a 400-square-foot addition to create a plush new bedroom suite and a cosy lounge area.

Construction was authorized to continue through the end of 2025 after the project's permits were covertly submitted in late November and early December 2024. She plans to use this property as her main home base and where she and Kelce will hopefully raise a family one day.
