Kamala Harris has told supporters in her recent address that they should not get very excited when the polls and surveys from different organizations drop in, as they may be quite different from what the actual results could be. These polls could raise the hopes of Democrats exponentially, while Harris believes there is a lot of work still remaining to be done, and therefore one should not fall back with their efforts of roping in votes for the blue team.

Harris claims her fight with Trump will be 'tight'

Kamala Harris is of the opinion that her clash with Donald Trump will be a long drawn, unpredictable and tight one, but she would be leaving no stones unturned to defeat her opponent, according to her own statements. The numerous surveys that dropped in from across the battleground state, as well as some nationwide conducted polls, Harris was projected to be ahead in the election race, which has surprised many, looking at the fact that Harris has been a very new face in the US poll race, and only joined the Presidential ticket after Biden's resignation after his steamrolling by Trump in the US Presidential Debate.

Trump had opened up a major lead in the popularity ratings after this event, but then the numbers started decreasing steadily soon after Kamala Harris joined the race, as Harris began gaining the support of Hispanic voters and black voters, who, together make up a major chunk of the votes in the US regions, mostly in the battleground states.
