Pop queen Madonna's fans faced a brief period of uncertainty as Ticketmaster mistakenly suggested the postponement of her upcoming Boston shows.

Madonna's representative however promptly denied these assertions, stating that the performances are set to proceed as scheduled on January 8-9 at TD Garden.

The reason behind Ticketmaster's misinformation remains unclear, as the company has not provided a response.

Madonna kicked off her 'The Celebration Tour' in January 2023, paying homage to her remarkable musical career that spans four decades.

The 35-city megatour was set to begin in July, but had been postponed. Despite a slight delay from July to October due to health issues, the tour has been progressing seamlessly. The iconic artist, renowned for theatrical performances, captivated fans with a festive show featuring Santa Claus and other memorable moments.

Earlier this year, concerns arose among Madonna's fans when news broke of her battling a severe bacterial infection. This health setback led to a brief two-day coma, prompting the postponement of the North American leg of her tour.

However, the resilient 'Material Girl,' now 65, rebounded, continuing her musical journey and honoring her commitment to fans.

Contrary to Ticketmaster's miscommunication, Madonna's Boston shows are confirmed to proceed as planned, dispelling any worries about postponement.

The early claim of the Boston shows being delayed is now recognized as a false alarm.

Madonna, famous for shimmering pop anthems such as "Vogue," "Music," and "4 Minutes," was admitted to the hospital on June 24 due to a severe bacterial infection, as reported by her manager Guy Oseary. The 65-year-old pop icon's most recent tours were in 2019 and 2020, accompanying her latest studio album, "Madame X.”
