Canva users were left wondering if there were issues with the editing platform. The users complained of issues both on the website as well as the app. Of the issues reported by the users, 95% concerned the website, while 5% were related to the application.One user on Twitter checked with Canva; they wrote: "I can't download any images. Is your site down?"
Another user twitted regarding the same problem "is your system down?" They added: "I can't download."
A third user used the hashtag #canvadown and wrote, "ooff can't download designs," while tagging the official account of Canva.
Canva's Response To The Issues Raised By Its Users
Canva tweeted to inform users that it is aware of the current issue and included a screenshot of an error message.
The tweet also read that things are being fixed and that the platform should return to normal soon.
