At around 2 PM, several Canva users reported problems while using the website and the app. The users were mainly facing issues downloading images and their designs from the editing platform.
The epicenter of the technical issues was in areas of the UK, including Manchester, Birmingham, and London.

The tweet also read that things are being fixed and that the platform should return to normal soon.
