As tensions between Washington and Tehran continue to deepen, the diplomatic clash has now spilled forcefully onto social media. Iranian embassy accounts across multiple countries have launched a wave of sharply worded posts mocking President Donald Trump and the United States, turning the conflict into a global online confrontation.

The war of words between Iran and the United States is now unfolding far beyond military operations. In recent days, Iranian embassies across the world have stepped up their online attacks on Donald Trump, using social media posts to mock both his language and Washington’s handling of the conflict. The posts have quickly gone viral, drawing global attention.

The latest round of trolling followed Trump’s aggressive Truth Social post in which he threatened Iranian infrastructure.

“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran,” he wrote. “There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH!”

How did Iran embassies across the world react?

That post triggered immediate responses from several Iranian embassy accounts.

Iran’s Embassy in Thailand suggested the president needed to watch his “language.”

Meanwhile, the embassy in Austria posted one of the sharpest responses:

“When you listen to him, close your eyes … you can almost see a Stone Age #caveman in a zebra hide, brandishing a club and treating savagery like everyday life.”

The Iranian Embassy in India wrote:

“Swearing and throwing insults are how sore loser brats behave.”

Iran’s Embassy in Finland added that Trump appeared “unfamiliar with proper social media etiquette and morality.”

Several other X accounts claiming to represent Iranian embassies in other countries also joined the online attacks, widening the diplomatic messaging campaign across the globe.

What did senior Iranian officials say?

The online criticism was not limited to embassies alone.

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf used X to mock Washington’s shifting war objectives and the ongoing search for the pilot of the downed U.S. F-15.

“After defeating Iran 37 times in a row, this brilliant no-strategy war they started has now been downgraded from ‘regime change’ to ‘Hey! Can anyone find our pilots? Please?’”

He followed that with:

“Wow. What incredible progress. Absolute geniuses.”

The Iranian Embassy in South Africa also posted a widely shared jab aimed at recent changes inside the U.S. military leadership, referencing MAGA and the phrase “regime change.”

A separate widely shared embassy post featured photographs of recently removed U.S. military leaders, including Gen. Randy George, marked with bold red crosses.

The caption read by Iran Embassy in SA:

“The regime change happened successfully. MAGA.”

Here are the tweets from various Iran embassies going viral across social media:
