At Apple, trading in an old phone could save you up to $600 on any iPhone 16. Older iPhones bring the biggest discounts, but Apple also accepts Samsung, Google, and OnePlus devices, as per CNET. Plus, you can also get 3% cash back if you use an Apple Card, reported CNET. Apple also offers up to $1,000 in trade-in credit when connecting you to a carrier, according to the report.

T-Mobile has offers where trading in any old device on an Experience Beyond plan can save you $1,000.
