The much-anticipated third season of the animated superhero series Invincible is set to premiere next month, featuring an expanded cast that includes notable names from Breaking Bad as well as the Marvel and DC universes.

The second season concluded last year after a mid-season break, with a confirmation that a third instalment was in the works. Fans can look forward to Invincible Season 3 airing without any interruptions between episodes, as reported by Comicbook.com.

Ahead of the third season's premiere, Prime Video has revealed some of the new voice cast members who will join the returning stars from the first two seasons.

The lineup features prominent actors from Breaking Bad, Marvel projects such as Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, DC's Blue Beetle, Netflix’s Cobra Kai, and animated franchises like Futurama and Adventure Time.

Here are the details of the new characters:

· Powerplex (Aaron Paul): A villain with a tragic past, Powerplex can absorb energy and use his enemy’s strength against them.

· Becky Duvall (Kate Mara): Fuelled by her hatred for Invincible, Becky teams up with Powerplex to pursue what she sees as justice.

· The Elephant (John DiMaggio): A villain with a serious demeanour and a mission to stop the world from consuming meat.

· Mr. Liu (Tzi Ma): The ruthless leader of The Order, an international crime syndicate, harbouring many secrets.

· Fightmaster & Dropkick (Xolo Maridueña): Twin freedom fighters from a dystopian future on a desperate mission to save their world.

· Oliver Grayson (Christian Convery): Mark’s younger brother, a hybrid of Viltrumite and Thraxan heritage.

· Multi-Paul (Simu Liu): An elite assassin working for Mr. Liu’s secretive criminal organisation.

Details of characters voiced by Jonathan Banks and Doug Bradley remain under wraps.

Invincible Season 3: When and where to watch

The third season of Invincible debuts on Prime Video on February 6. Co-produced by Skybound Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios, the new season will kick off with the first three episodes.
