Incredible but true! Silver chain saves Colorado man from bullet. Know what exactly happened

Have you been a fan of Neo in The Matrix? The iconic action scene in which he dodges a bullet fired at him narrowly? This is what happened to an individual in his real life in Commerce City just outside Denver. A man who got into an argument with an armed individual had a narrow escape when a bullet was fired at him. While many people avoid accessories, they may someday, save someone’s life and this was proved on Tuesday in this particular case. Commerce City in Colorado is about 10 miles northeast of Denver.

What happened?

Two individuals got into an argument and one of them was carrying a firearm. The individual with a firearm fired a bullet at the other individual. In what could have fatally wounded the individual, he was saved by a whisker.

The victim was wearing a silver chain which is about 10 millimeters in width. The bullet that was fired got lodged in this silver chain and the victim only suffered a puncture wound and got away. It was a .22 caliber bullet that was fired from a pistol.


The local police said, “We’d say he dodged a bullet but in reality, he lodged a bullet”. They added that the chain “is likely the only reason the victim of the shooting we responded to yesterday is still alive”. It was indeed incredible.

The police have not yet named the victim and the aggressor due to reasons of privacy.
