Hurricane Idalia: landfall

It may be noted that Big Bend has a sparse population with large swathes covered under trees. It has a population of 22,000 and is considered one of the least populated areas of the state.

The people of the area are waiting for Hurricane Idalia to hit the sea coast. But it is also possible that it wobble and change its path as Hurricane Ian in 2022 and Hurricane Charley in 2004 have done so.
