Once you get similar emails lined up through the email search button, you can quickly eliminate unwanted emails.
You can also go to your promotions or social tab and batch-delete the data by clicking on the box to select all messages. Do a similar exercise in Google Drive.

Another way to free up space is checking the file sizes and batch deleting them once all the big files come together. Don’t forget to free up your trash after you have finished this task.
