Honkai: Star Rail offers players the chance to obtain powerful characters through its banner system. The latest 2.2 update has introduced new banners, providing opportunities to enhance team compositions, as per a Dexerto report.

Banners

Honkai: Star Rail operates a banner gacha system, similar to Genshin Impact, allowing players to acquire strong characters and rare weapons. The 2.2 update has brought a new set of banners following the Penacony update, which introduced new characters.

Current Banner

The first phase of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.2 features the 5-star Physical Harmony character Robin in the Just Intonation banner. Additionally, there is a rerun for the 5-star Fire Hunt unit Topaz in the Sunset Clause banner. The characters included are March 7th (Preservation, Ice), Hanya (Harmony, Physical), and Xuyei (Destruction, Quantum).

Banner Duration

The current banner began on May 7, 2024, and will end on May 28, 2024. Players have ample time to save up their Stellar Jade to pull on these banners.

Light Cone Banner

Honkai: Star Rail also features the Light Cone Event Warp, equivalent to a weapon banner, providing Light Cones that offer stat buffs to characters. The current Brilliant Fixation banner includes the 5-star signature Light Cone for Robin, ‘Flowing Nightglow.’ Additionally, the Bygone Reminiscence banner offers Topaz’s 5-star ‘Worrisome, Blissful’ Light Cone. Available 4-star Light Cones on both banners are Boundless Choreo (Nihility), Swordplay (Hunt), and Perfect Timing (Abundance).

Next Banner

The next set of banners in Honkai: Star Rail will arrive towards the end of May 2024. This second phase will feature the 5-star Hunt unit Boothill and the 5-star Preservation unit Fu Xuan in their respective banners.
