The incident happened on Tuesday evening (local time). According to Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore, the man arrived at the Target store near Figueroa and 7th Streets in Los Angeles, California, on Tuesday and took a butcher knife with a huge 9-inch sized blade from a shelf before confronting the 7-year-old boy.
Michel Moore stated that he confronted the man and repeatedly warned the little child that he was going to knife him and kill him. The tiny youngster tried to run away, to ignore him, and to walk away. Without additional provocation, the suspect struck and stabbed this youngster in the back.
Following the initial stabbing, the suspect approached a group of ladies and viciously stabbed a 25-year-old woman in the chest, according to Michel Moore.
