OpenAI is rapidly developing into an AI shark, doing their best to cut away competition as much as possible, and bringing in a different kind of revolution in the technology industry. However, their approach is not being liked by the leaders at Silicon Valley, with Elon Musk even accusing the company of breaking away from industry norms, and paying way over industry standards in order to cut out other competitors in the same avenue.

Now, it looks like OpenAI is stepping on the gas a little further as their employees may soon receive multi-million dollar pay checks as much as $10 million right before Christmas arrives, according to Fortune's report. OpenAI's checks and balances are in a great form, and that is clearly reflecting on the amount of money it is reportedly providing to their employees as paychecks and bonuses. However, the source of these multi-million dollar paychecks are being reported to be the result of a private stock sale which has been arranged by OpenAI with Japan's SoftBank Group sometime around Christmas.

The tender offer in place allows employees at OpenAI to sell their stakes in the company to SoftBank Group for an enormous sum of money, and this amount will be calculated based on the flat offering of $210 per share, as per reports. Even after taxes, the money OpenAI's 400 current or former employees will receive, will be a whopping one, and has the potential of giving in huge dividends and returns if re-invested wisely into Wall Street again, or through asset purchase.
