How to solve door puzzles in Hogwarts Legacy?

Hogwarts Legacy has a total of 12 door puzzles, each featuring a locked-in area enclosed by ten symbols that resemble magical creatures found in the Wizarding World. Additionally, every door has a chalkboard with two numerical puzzles in a triangular shape. Once you solve these puzzles, the door will open, and you can claim the reward inside.

To complete the numerical puzzles, you must locate two stone switches on the adjacent walls. One is labeled with a single question mark (?), and the other with two (??). Although they can be difficult to locate at times, they are always in the vicinity of the locked door, and if you cast Revelio, they will flash blue, making it easier to find them. Keep in mind that sometimes one of the switches may be located on the floor above or below, so it's essential to scan the camera up and down while searching.

Once you have found the two switches, choose the symbol that corresponds to the solution to the puzzle on the chalkboard. The objective is to make the sum of the three numbers on the corners of the triangle equal to the value in the center of the figure.
