The final season of His Dark Materials came to an end after the main characters, Will and Lyra who left a long-lasting impression on fans throughout the world, received a bittersweet ending. Even though there is a chance that they could possibly meet again on another adventure, nothing can be confirmed at this point in time.

Even after they fulfilled the requirements of the character conflict the couple was still not given a happy ending. They set the ghosts free from the land of the undead and returned the healing dust to the ailing multiverse but as the final season reached its conclusion, the stakes were made very high for them.
