According to Hollywood Reporter, the incident took place on Sunday and the bar was owned by one of his fellow singers Eric Church, whose songs have also ranked on Billboard's top charts.

According to Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, after the incident, acknowledged and confirmed Wallen's arrest, based on a statement of Wallen’s attorney, Worrick G. Robinson.
