The ‘search messages by date’ feature allow users to find messages by a specific date. It is now available for both WhatsApp chats and groups after users download the latest version of WhatsApp beta for iOS 22.24.0.77. The latest feature acts as a filter to a particular date when a user wants to locate a message either sent or received on a specific date.

If a calendar icon appears in the WhatsApp chat box then the users can use the ‘search messages by date’ feature within that conversation if the feature is enabled.
