Cast and Characters

Nick Nelson (played by Kit Connor) and Charlie Spring (played by Joe Locke) will return in Season 3. Other returning characters include Yasmin Finney, William Gao, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell and Tobie Donovan.

Several new characters will be introduced in this season. Darragh Hand will play Michael Holden, a character from the book Solitaire, who also appears in Heartstopper. Jonathan Bailey will make a cameo as Jack Maddox, a classicist and celebrity crush of Charlie. Haley Atwell will play Nick’s Aunt Diane, while Eddie Marsan will portray Charlie’s therapist Geoff. Jensen Clayden will play Oliver Spring, Charlie’s younger cousin.

Plot

The main story will follow the evolving relationship between Nick and Charlie. According to the official synopsis, Charlie wants to tell Nick that he loves him, while Nick has something important to tell Charlie. As the summer ends, the new school year brings both joys and challenges for the friends.
