Has Sheikh Jassim bin Hamid Al Thani of Qatar purchased the hundred percent stakes of British football club Manchester United?

Reports suggest that Jassim was even congratulated by Qatari business houses. With this, the share price of Manchester United rose by 11.4 per cent and touched USD 22.37 Monday.
Media house Al Watan’s Fahed Al Emadi tweeted that the announcement of the deal would be made soon. But in his latest tweet, he distanced himself from his earlier tweet and said that whatever he said was based on the reports from the international media.
