Harry Styles’ lifestyle brand Pleasing appoints Shaun Kearney as its first CEO
Shaun Kearney will be taking over as Pleasing CEO from July 17 after departing from current role of chief design and merchandising officer at another brand.

However, at Pleasing, Kearney will diversify its product offering, introduce new categories and expand its creative and collaborative community, Styles’ brand stated. Moreover, Kearney’s tasks would also include developing “strategic” partnerships to gro its universe.
Shaun Kearney becomes part of Pleasing during a period when male public figures are increasingly engaged in discussions about attractiveness and personal care, and are introducing their own line of beauty products. Despite the relatively limited presence of cosmetic options for men, Pleasing has successfully captivated the interest of youthful consumers through its delightful assortment of nail polishes, various products, and engaging videos on popular social media platforms like TikTok.
Pleasing serves as an expansion of Styles's realm, granting consumers a sense of being closer to his world. However, unlike other beauty brands endorsed by celebrities like Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez or Rhode by Hailey Bieber, where the stars play a more visible role in product creation and promotion, Styles has chosen to remain behind the scenes. He entrusts his brand to co-creative directors Harry Lambert and Molly Hawkins.
In September of the previous year, Pleasing introduced an exciting collaboration with Brazilian fashion designer Marco Ribeiro, coinciding with his inaugural Spring/Summer 2023 showcase at Paris Fashion Week. Additionally, in November 2022, Pleasing commemorated its first anniversary and embraced the festive season with the launch of a series of temporary stores across London, New York, and Los Angeles. This event celebrated their fifth collection, named "Super Magic Family Time."
