The trailer for season 2 of Paramount+'s Halo has been released. In season 2, Reach is faced with war as the Covenant Forces are getting prepared to launch an attack on the planet for a legendary interstellar battle. Viewers will also get to witness some important moments from the games in the second season.

Halo season 2: What is it about?

Master Chief Jaohn-117(Pablo Schreiber) is leading the elite team of Spartans against an extra-terrestrial threat called the Covenant. In the aftermath of a startling event on a barren planet, John cannot help but feel that his war is about to go through a change, risking everything to prove that Covenant is making preparations to attack the greatest fortress of humanity. With the galaxy being on the edge, John is embarking on a journey to look for the key to salvation of humankind or its destruction: the Halo.


The series occurs in the universe that first made its debut in 2001 after the launch of the first Halo game of Xbox, adding drama to a heroic 26th-century battle between Covenant, an alien threat, and humanity.

The executive producer and showrunner of the series is David Wiener (Brave New World).

Besides Schreiber, the series is also starring Natasha McElhone playing the role of Dr Halsey. The other cast members are Bokeem Woodbine, Kate Kennedy, Danny Sapani, Shabana Azmi, Jen Taylor, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, and Charlie Murphy, Cristina Rodlo, Joseph Morgan, Tylan Bailey, Fiona O'Shaughnessy, and Christina Bennington.

The new season will be making its debut worldwide with the initial two episodes on February 8, Thursday in every country where there is an availability of Paramount+.
