Guo Junchen, Yu Menglong’s friend and key witness in his case, dies; British psychic makes explosive claim, calls it murder

Nearly two months after Chinese actor Yu Menglong died after falling from a building in Beijing, another shocking development claiming the death of one of his fellow actors surfaced. According to Vision Times, British psychic Ty William claimed during a livestream that actor Guo Junchen, Menglong’s close friend, has been murdered.

Following the death of Menglong, also known as Alan Yu, multiple claims and theories surfaced on Chinese social media suggesting that his death was not accidental and he was killed. Amid all those speculations, it was also claimed that his killing was part of a ritual sacrifice.

Almost two months after Yu’s death, who died on September 11, 2025, a similar claim is being made related to Guo’s death. William has alleged that the actor’s death was part of a ritual sacrifice. According to Vision Times, she dubbed it as an effort by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to “reverse its collapsing fate through dark means.” She said that on Guo’s birthday, October 1, he received a cake decorated with five blood-red peaches—“not a real cake, but a symbolic offering used in a ceremony.”


According to William, Guo had been a key witness in Yu Menglong’s case and was betrayed by those around him. “They were terrified,” she said, as quoted by Vision Times. “Guo knew too much. They decided he had to be silenced,” she added.

Menglong died after falling from a high-rise building in Beijing. His death is shrouded in mystery. Authorities were quick enough to shut the case, ruling out all possibilities of foul play within 24 hours and ruling it an “accidental fall.” Later, his mother also confirmed that he died after falling from a building, and he was reportedly intoxicated at the time of his death.

But as time went by, the mystery behind Menglong’s death garnered the attention of netizens, industry peers, fans, and human rights’ advocates who called for an independent investigation. According to Vision Times, the investigation into the Chinese actor was based on the suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and the government’s swift suppression of anyone speaking out about the case.
