Gucci Mane leads tributes as rapper Big Scarr passes away at 22
The music world is saddened by the death of a Memphis performer, fans are in despair while his colleague Gucci Mane pays a heartfelt tribute.

Through various instagram posts, Mane expressed her grief over the death of Scarr, 22, who was a famous rapper. The cause of death is yet to be confirmed. Enchanting, a fellow 1017 label mate, confirmed the rapper's death on Instagram.
Scarr, born as Alexander Woods, was a Memphis performer who was signed to Gucci Mane’s label 1017 Global Music. Brought up with eight siblings, Scarr grew up in South Memphis in the Magnolia community. He was associated with Gucci’s record label from 2020 where he released his first mixtape, Grim reaper. Mane is a rapper and songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. He is known for his contributions to the development of the hip hop subgenre trap music. Mane has released a number of successful albums and singles over the course of his career. Some of his most popular songs include "I Think I Love Her," "Wasted," and "Lemonade." He is also known for his collaborations with other artists, including Migos, Lil Wayne, and Selena Gomez.
