Eva Kaili, the Greek Member of the European Parliament, has been arrested by Belgian Police for her "participation" in a criminal organisation, corruption, and money laundering.

She was arrested on December 9 as part of a "major investigation," causing a storm in Brussels. Reportedly, Kaili was "caught in the act," the only circumstance under which parliamentary immunity is revoked immediately.
