Rod Stewart’s son Aiden had to be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance during a football match due to a panic attack, which turned his face blue, and he fell unconscious.

The singer Rod Stewart was distraught while watching a football match for Young Hoops in the under 12s where his son was participating. Aiden had suffered a panic attack, where he turned blue, and fell unconscious. An ambulance had to be called in, and he had to be rushed to a hospital. His distraught father, Sir Rod Stewart, who was at the match cheering his son, became worried and thought his son had suffered a heart attack.
Doctors assured the singer that his son Aiden suffered a panic attack due to fast heartbeats. Panic attacks are caused due to extreme fear and physical reactions within the body when there is no real danger lurking.
It is a hallucination or excessive worry that causes sweating and suffering chills. That subsides in a while, and the patient generally feels fine again and sometimes feels drained post the attack.
Sir Rod Stewart, 77, and Grammy Award winner, has sired his son Aiden with his wife Penny Lancaster, a well-known model and photographer. The couple married in 2007, and Rod Stewart said that the experience was terrifying for him. Aiden probably got nervous as he wanted to do well in front of his dad. Coincidentally another lad suffered a nasty fall and banged his head when he fell backward, and another ambulance was called in.
It was the first time the singer confessed that he witnessed two ambulances being called during all the years of watching football.
