While Ghislaine Maxwell serves a 20-year sentence in federal prison for her role in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking network, her alleged “lieutenant” Sarah Kellen continues to live a life of luxury in Miami, as per a repory.

Sarah Kellen’s Lavish Miami Lifestyle Contrasts Ghislaine Maxwell’s Prison Sentence

The 46 year old, Kellen, worked for nearly a decade as Epstein’s personal assistant and was named in court documents as one of several women who allegedly arranged massages for him, as per a Daily Mail report. Though she has been accused in multiple civil lawsuits, she has never faced criminal prosecution, according to the report.

Previously, Kellen has even said that she was a victim of Epstein rather than an accomplice, but she did not respond to recent calls for comment for Daily Mail's report. Her former representative, Tracy Schmaler, confirmed she no longer represents Kellen, and state records show she currently runs an interior design firm from her Florida home, according to the Daily Mail report.

Since 2021, Kellen had been living in a $6.5 million apartment inside the exclusive Continuum condo complex in Miami Beach, as per the report. The private, 12-acre oceanfront property features around-the-clock security, a spa, tennis courts, pools, a private beach, and a restaurant, according to the Daily Mail report. Her house on the 36th floor has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, panoramic views of the Atlantic, and a sprawling balcony, according to the Daily Mail report.

The condo was purchased by her now-ex husband, former NASCAR driver Brian Vickers, as per the report. The 41 year old Vickers, filed for divorce in February, citing an “irretrievably broken” marriage and then the luxury apartment was listed for sale on July 1 for $6.45 million, as reported by Daily Mail.

In April Vickers shared that he and Kellen were divorcing after 10 years of marriage, public records show that Kellen had reverted to her maiden name in 2020, well before the formal separation, according to the report.

Kellen’s current lifestyle stands in stark contrast to Maxwell’s, as per the report. The former socialite has endured poor conditions at FCI Tallahassee, including rotting food and rodent infestations, before being moved to Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas, as per the Daily Mail report. She was recently questioned for nine hours by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche about her links to Epstein as Maxwell has offered to speak further to Congress in exchange for immunity, according to the report.

Meanwhile, Kellen, who was named as one of four potential co-conspirators given immunity in Epstein’s 2008 plea deal, has remained largely out of public view, as per the Daily Mail report. The deal protected her from Florida state prosecution, even though multiple women described her booking them for massages, greeting them at Epstein’s Palm Beach home, and taking them upstairs, according to the report.

In civil lawsuits, Kellen was reportedly referred to as "an assistant to Ghislaine", her second in command and even the socialite's "lieutenant", as reported by Daily Mail.

Spencer Kuvin, a lawyer representing several accusers, told the New York Times that, "Sarah was really running that organization, bringing girls and getting them in and out of the Palm Beach home," as quoted in the report.
