George Strait announces 5 new shows with Chris Stapleton: See tour dates

Country music artist George Strait is set to perform with Chris Stapleton as part of his upcoming tour. The duo will hit the stage on May 31 at Pittsburgh’s Acrisure Stadium.

Parker McCollum will be the opening act of the performance. Tickets for the event will be available from February 21.

The announcement follows Strait’s record-setting single ticketed concert in US history. The singer’s event at Texas A&M Kyle Field created a record for a single performance with 110,905 fans in attendance.

The musicians will perform at five shows this year, continuing their stadium run. McCollum will join them for four of the events. Little Big Town will join Stapleton and Strait in Los Angeles.
