Fubo gained access to the ESPN ecosystem for the first time through the Disney merger, including ESPN Radio and ESPN's website platforms.

Disney channels, including ABC and ESPN, went dark on YouTube TV during the quarter due to a carriage dispute. Gandler declined to speculate on potential subscriber gains from the situation.

"We're not attempting to take advantage of that. We'll let that play out as it will. And we're focused on our own business here," Gandler said when asked about early subscriber impact from the YouTube TV blackout.
