From icon to outcast: Kanye West suffers big blow, dropped like a hot mic by talent agency after antisemitic and sexist outburst

Kanye West is facing major consequences after another antisemitic rant, including losing his talent agency and having his Yeezy website shut down for selling Swastika merchandise.

Kanye West suffered a serious blow when his talent agency fired him following an antisemitic and sexist tirade.

The rapper recently went on a similar tirade on the social media site before logging off and deleting his account. He previously courted controversy by making derogatory remarks about Jews.

As a result of selling Swastika merchandise, business tycoon Kanye West's Yeezy website was shut down, and his talent agency fired him, as quoted in a report by Blast.

Serious repercussions from the Kanye West's antisemitic rant

Similar to his 2022 tweets on X, West spent a large portion of the previous week on an antisemitic tirade. However, as before, the rapper faced a flurry of criticism, which has now led to additional repercussions.

Daniel McCartney, the rapper's talent manager, recently disclosed that he and the talent agency 33&West were severing their relationship with West due to his behaviour as part of the consequences.

On his Instagram Stories, McCartney posted, "Effective immediately, I am no longer representing Ye (F/K/A Kanye West) due to his recent harmful and hateful remarks that neither 33 & West nor I can stand for."

Kanye West's Yeezy website was taken down

Kanye West lost his Shopify Yeezy website after listing Swastika merchandise for sale. The shirt cost $20 and had a round neck and the Swastika symbol on the chest.

On Tuesday, the platform issued a statement outlining its decision to remove the website. "All merchants are responsible for following the rules of our platform," the company said.

They included. "This merchant did not engage in authentic commerce practices and violated our terms, so we removed them from Shopify."

West has not yet responded to the rulings, despite having stated on his since-deleted X account that he has no plans to issue an apology for his antisemitic tweets.

In his antisemitic posts, West wrote offensive tweets that promoted Nazism and spoke poorly of Jews.
