France vs Morocco FIFA World Cup 2022: Who’s the referee for semi-final game?
The Mexican César Ramos will officiate France vs Morocco in World Cup 2022. The game will be played at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.

Ramos, 38, a Culiacan, Mexico native, has worked as an international official since 2014. He has participated in three games thus far: Portugal-Switzerland (6-1) in the round of 16 and Denmark-Tunisia (0-0) and Belgium-Morocco (0-2) in the group stage.
Alberto Morín and Miguel Hernández will serve as assistant referees, while Jess Valenzuela of Venezuela will serve as the fourth official. Canadian Drew Fischer will serve as the video referee (VAR), with Colombian Nicolás Gallo as the assistant VAR, Brazilian Neuza Back as the offside VAR, and American Armando Villarreal serving as the support VAR.
Ramos officiated three other games at the last World Cup in Russia, including Brazil-Switzerland, Poland-Colombia, and Uruguay-Portugal.
The pressure on Ramos leading up to one of the most important games of his career will only grow in light of the harsh criticism other referees at the Qatar World Cup have received.
During the quarterfinals, Spanish referee Antonio Mateu Lahoz was among those who received criticism. After receiving a complaint from Lionel Messi and Frenkie de Jong, Argentina defeated the Netherlands on penalties to go to the semi-finals, Mateu Lahoz is now prepared to depart Qatar.
According to Messi, Mateu Lahoz shouldn't be permitted to oversee a game as significant as the one in which Messi participated.
