Foundation Season 2 will premiere worldwide on Friday, July 14, 2023, with one episode. Foundation Season 2 will have 10 episodes in all. There will be new episodes every Friday.

What does the Foundation Season 2 trailer show of the plot?

In Foundation Season 2, there is war within the galaxy, with a queen trying to destroy the Empire. The Foundation itself has become religious, promoting the Church of Seldon in the Outer Reach and igniting the fire for the Second Crisis: a war with the Empire.
Meanwhile, Hari, Gaal and Salvor discover a colony of Mentalics with psionic abilities that threaten to alter psychohistory itself.
Each season of the Foundation showcases the stories of four individuals transcending space and time, as they face and overcome challenges along the way.

Foundation Season 2: New and Returning Cast

Foundation stars Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell and Leah Harvey in Season 1 and 2. The other returning cast members include Laura Birn, Cassian Bilton and Terrence Mann.
