​Former NFL star Terrell Owens involved in altercation, struck by car after basketball game

Former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens found himself in a startling incident on Monday night in Calabasas after being struck by a car following a pick-up basketball game, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The altercation, which took place around 9 p.m. at the courts in the 2600 block of Rondell Avenue in the west San Fernando Valley, reportedly stemmed from an argument. Fortunately, the 49-year-old Hall-of-Famer emerged from the incident unscathed, not requiring any medical attention.

Although no arrests have been made, TMZ revealed that the driver of the car was allegedly the individual with whom Owens was arguing. The collision resulted in the car hitting Owens' knee, as reported by TMZ.


Owens, known for his dynamic presence on the football field, had an illustrious career in the NFL, playing for teams like the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, and Cincinnati Bengals.
